Shipping & Handling – Terms and Conditions / الشحن والمناولة – الشروط والأحكام

1. Shipment Processing / معالجة الشحنات
We dispatch all orders as ly as possible once payment is confirmed and order details are finalized.
نقوم بشحن جميع الطلبات بأسرع وقتٍ ممكن بعد تأكيد الدفع والانتهاء من تفاصيل الطلب.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times / طرق الشحن وأوقات التوصيل
Delivery times vary depending on destination country and shipping service selected.
تختلف أوقات التوصيل حسب بلد الوجهة وطريقة الشحن المختارة.

3. Shipping Costs / تكاليف الشحن
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, volume and selected shipping method.
تُحسب رسوم الشحن عند الخروج بناءً على الوجهة والوزن والحجم وطريقة الشحن المختارة.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes / الجمارك والرسوم والضرائب
– Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (customer) and not included in our shipping charges.
– The recipient is responsible for clearing the shipment through customs in his/her country and for paying any associated duties, taxes or processing fees.
– We (DukhanStore) are not liable for any delays, additional charges or non-delivery resulting from customs clearance or import formalities in the destination country.
– قد تُطبق على الطلبات المرسلة دولياً رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو أيّ رسوم حكومية أخرى. تقع مسؤولية هذه الرسوم على المستلم (العميل) وليست مشمولة برسوم الشحن التي نقدّمها.
– المستلم مسؤول عن تخليص الشحنة من الجمارك في بلده ودفع أي رسوم أو ضرائب أو مصاريف معالجة ذات صلة.
– لا تتحمّل DukhanStore أيّ مسؤولية عن أيّ تأخير أو رسوم إضافية أو عدم تسليم نتيجة لإجراءات التخليص الجمركي أو formalities الاستيراد في بلد الوجهة.

5. Shipment Tracking / تتبّع الشحنة
Once the order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor delivery status.
عند شحن الطلب، سنزوّدك بمعلومات التتبّع حتى تتمكّن من متابعة حالة التسليم.

6. Temperature-Sensitive Products / المنتجات الحسّاسة للحرارة
– Products that are temperature-sensitive (e.g., e-liquids, vape juices) must be handled and stored as per manufacturer specifications once dispatched.
– Because of the nature of these products, once they have been shipped they cannot be returned under any circumstances. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted for temperature-sensitive items once dispatched.
– المنتجات التي تتأثر بدرجة الحرارة (مثل السوائل الإلكترونية، السحبات الجاهزة و سائل الفيب) يجب التعامل معها وتخزينها وفقاً لمواصفات الشركة المُصنّعة بمجرد شحنها.
– ونظراً لطبيعة هذه المنتجات، عند شحنها لا يمكن إرجاعها تحت أي ظرف من الظروف. لا تُقبل الإرجاعات أو التبديلات أو استرداد الأموال للمنتجات الحسّاسة للحرارة بعد الشحن.
- في حال شحن منتج مختلف عن طلب العميل , فيتحمل دخان ستور تكلفة ارجاع و شحن المنتج الصحيح للعميل. بعد وصول المنتج الخاطئ لمقر دخان ستور بحالته الأصلية غير مفتوح و بتغليفه الأصلي دون أي ضرر او تعديل. 

7. Risk / مخاطر الشحن
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse and is in transit, all risks of loss, damage or delay are borne by the recipient unless otherwise provided by law.
بمجرد خروج الشحنة من مستودعنا وبدء رحلتها، يتحمّل المستلم كل مخاطر الخسارة أو التلف أو التأخير، ما لم ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك.

8. Incorrect Address / العنوان غير الصحيح
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries if incorrect or incomplete address information is supplied.
يرجى التأكد من أن عنوان الشحن الذي تقدّمه دقيق وكامل. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية فشل التسليم في حال تمّ تقديم عنوان غير صحيح أو غير مكتمل.

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. وسيتم تطبيق الشروط المحدثة على الطلبات التي تجرى بعد ذلك.
